Rajasthan Board Introduces Scholarship Scheme for Single and Twin Girl Children

Ajmer: The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) has launched a special scholarship scheme for eligible girl students. Under this initiative, single girl children and twin daughters who have passed board examinations can apply for financial assistance.

Key Highlights of the Scholarship Scheme

• Scholarship for single girl child and twin daughters
• Applicable for Secondary, Senior Secondary, Vocational and Praveshika examinations
• Merit-based selection at State Level and District Level
• Last date for application: 22 February

Scholarship Amount

Eligible girl students will receive scholarship amounts as per the following levels:

• State Level: ₹31,000 to ₹51,000
• District Level: ₹11,000

Eligibility Conditions

• The applicant must be a single girl child or one of the twin daughters
• The student must have passed RBSE-conducted examinations
• Minimum prescribed marks as notified by the board are mandatory
• Families with only one or two daughters are eligible

Application Procedure

Students must download the prescribed application form from the official RBSE website and follow the instructions carefully.

• Application form must be printed on A-4 size paper
• The form must be duly filled and verified by the school institution
• Verified applications must be sent to the RBSE Office, Ajmer via registered post

The scholarship scheme aims to promote girls’ education, encourage academic excellence, and strengthen social awareness regarding women empowerment across Rajasthan.
