- Partnership Fundamentals: In absence of deed, No Interest on Capital/Drawings, Salary/Commission. Interest on Loan @ 6% p.a. Profit sharing equal.
- Goodwill Valuation: Super Profit = Actual/Average Profit - Normal Profit.
- Admission/Retirement: Sacrificing Ratio = Old Ratio - New Ratio. Gaining Ratio = New Ratio - Old Ratio.
