🟢 Yes/No Questions
जिनका उत्तर Yes या No में दिया जा सकता है।
Examples:
• Is he a student? → Yes/No
• Do you play cricket? → Yes/No
• Can she swim? → Yes/No
🔵 Wh-Questions
जो Wh-word से शुरू होते हैं और विस्तृत उत्तर चाहते हैं।
Examples:
• What is your name? → Ram
• Where do you live? → Jaipur
• Why are you late? → Because...
02 Yes/No Questions (हाँ/नहीं प्रश्न)

Auxiliary Verb + Subject + Main Verb + Object + ?
सहायक क्रिया + कर्ता + मुख्य क्रिया + कर्म + ?
📌 Rules for Yes/No Questions:
Rule 1: अगर वाक्य में is/am/are/was/were/has/have/had या Modal हो, तो उसे Subject के पहले लगाओ।
Statement: He is a doctor. → Question: Is he a doctor?
Statement: She can sing. → Question: Can she sing?
Rule 2: अगर वाक्य में कोई Auxiliary नहीं है, तो do/does/did का प्रयोग करो।
Statement: He plays cricket. → Question: Does he play cricket?
Statement: They went to school. → Question: Did they go to school?

Wh-Word + Auxiliary + Subject + Main Verb + Object + ?
प्रश्नवाचक शब्द + सहायक क्रिया + कर्ता + मुख्य क्रिया + कर्म + ?
⚠️ Exception - Who/What as Subject:
जब Who/What Subject हो: Auxiliary की जरूरत नहीं होती।
Example: Ram broke the glass. → Who broke the glass? (NOT Who did break)
Example: Something happened. → What happened? (NOT What did happen)
✅ Step-by-Step Process:
Statement: He lives in Delhi. (Place - Where)
Step 1: Underlined part हटाओ → He lives ___
Step 2: Wh-word लगाओ → Where he lives?
Step 3: Auxiliary लगाओ → Where does he live?

06 Special Cases (विशेष नियम)
1. Who/What as Subject
No auxiliary needed:
Who wrote this letter?
What happened yesterday?
2. Preposition with Wh-word
Preposition अंत में या शुरू में:
Whom are you talking to?
To whom are you talking? (Formal)
3. Negative Questions
Auxiliary + n't + Subject:
Isn't he coming?
Why don't you study?
4. Embedded Questions
Normal word order:
I don't know where he lives.
Tell me what your name is.
